Nothing will happen. There is no reason for a war to break out. Worst case DPRK lobs a couple shells, probably on their side of the border. Worst case, they lob a few back onto the island, ROK replies by knocking out the arty that fired. Done.

In theory it would be a war with the original nations of the UN Command. I think there are 12 in all. The war never ended so the UN resolutions still stand.

thing is if they knock out that arty, there's the possibility that NK will start shelling Seoul or SK arty batteries, you know, because SK fired into NK.

Although with China being pretty public about it's having growing tired of following little Jong Il with a pooper scooper, and now possibly having to potty train a new one. He's seriously like the big shot 9th grader who thinks he's in with the Senior jocks. He's not, they laugh at him, and if while being graciously allowed to "attend their parties", he pukes on the quarterback's cheerleader gf, he's getting his ass beat.

NK has all but lost their last friends. Wouldn't even take a Nuke to decimate them.

I'm probably more concerned at this point about their weapon's fallouts if chaos ruled for even a second when it collapsed.

But obviously agreed Hunter, them launching even one is devastating and certainly puts international relationships into an immediate strain as lines are drawn in the sand.

Well I agree, and not because of Korea. The world population is growing so fast that war is really going to be the only option.

The population will shrink dramatically, even without the use of Nukes. Then hopefully we as a people will rebuild towards a better future.
