so, sarah palin can be governor of a state ten times (probably more) as big as chechnia and mister kadyrov can't because he's an "extremist"? if you wanted to, say, make someone a president of harlem whom would you choose? so, yeah, he looks like an idiot, he talks like an idiot, but don't let that fool you - he really is an idiot (c). now what? his russian is very poor, and it reads dumber still when translated in english, but he's the only man who managed to actually keep the bloody wasp nest under control lately. who do you think you'll have to run afghanistan if you ever manage to beat them into submission?

History has tought us what happens to countries run by extremists in the long run, specially those with idiots backed by superpowers as leaders.

chachnia is not an independant country - it is a part of russia and it will remain that way. as such it is under russian authority and i think it's been made abundantly clear what happens to whose who dispute that authority. chechens will play by our rules or have their crap beaten out of them - that's the only logic they ever understood.

But I do agree with you, if he keeps things under control its better with him than without at the moment.

well... kadyrov is certainly better than anybody else, as long as the money are being thrown at him anyway. but there's room for improvement - plenty of it.

it should lead to... well, maybe not another war, but some serious clean-up among those cretins sitting in caucasus mountains, but it won't. our leaders are fucking pussies, they will pay the extremists behind this shit off yet again, thereby pushing the problem deeper into itself.
