kinda getting bored of it tbh, boardwalk empire on the other hand is getting more interesting.

I kept wondering why he hadn't used that grenade yet. Like in episode 2 he could have used it to make noise and attract the zombies away. Anyway, whatever...

My prediction for what was whispered...The doctor did a blood test on everyone and I got the impression he was hiding something when the cop asked him how the blood work went. I think he told the cop that the kid wasn't his and that the kid was the the other guys...
The reason I think this is because his wife had to have been having a long term affair with him(or had one with him in the past)...it's not like she would be that intimate with him so soon after her hubby supposedly died in a zombie apocalypse if they hadn't had something before. So, yeah, I think he tells him that the kid isn't his.
Either that, or his wife is pregnant...which will lead to a "who's baby is it drama".

Basically, a week goes by between Shane getting out of town with Rick's wife and kids before Rick sees them again. Indeed Tucker, something is messed up there.
There's no way the doctor was saying she was pregnant or the kid wasn't his. Surely Carl was Rick's son. The doc must have said something else. However, I can't think of any other thing the doctor would say that would need to be kept secret. The writers are either morons or they wanted a cliff-hanger, I'm going with the latter.
