default, its the 1337 way to play
I definatly like red, it works fine most of the time. Occasionally if a helicopter or something passes right into the sun I can't see it or the crosshair. I keep a bit of blue / purple in it to make it a little more visible, but red just seems more... bloody
Bright, Gay, Purple.

Anyone a pr0 and just put a chalk mark on their screen so they can no scope with the AWP CS style? lmao

Peace Boris
mine are red.... did it a few weeks into the game cause i was sick of losing my sites on all the buildings that are real close in yellowishness to the default sights.....
on a side note, i wish that there were some way to change the sights on vehicles, like choppers for instance. i lose the sights in clouds and the sun when im dogfighting another chopper..... ive looked and looked, maybe im just not looking in the right spot?

Used to set mine to Green (0-255-0) but found out they would turn invisible with NV goggles on in SF. So i switched to Orange (255-128-0).
Tip: To test how visible your crosshair really is, point it at at the sky or grass or just about anything and squint your eyes. Change crosshair colour and point at the same things, squint again and see how it compares.

I set mine to be a light blue.
Halo was light blue, which is why I have mine that way, it's all I've got to remember it by *sniff*.<{SoE}>Agamemnar wrote:

mine are kind of a neon red, reminds me of my old BF1942 days, I might switch over to red but I might try it out on single player first
bright red all time but i still loose them no matter what colour they are . my eyes are getting too old
Red for me
In all truth though, mine are red.
I put a small dot on my screen when playing Dragon Valley, so I can some-what hit other choppers with the TV missle.Milk.org wrote:

The best way to see it in dragon valley is to hit tab quickly to see where it is
And mine is little darker than default

Maroon.
And about putting the chalk mark on the screen and no-scoping people like in CS with the awp.
I tried that by putting a piece of clear tape in the middle and then putting a black sharpie dot, and i tried it and it does not work. Amazingly the sniper rifle no-scoped is as accurate as a PKM standing up. try it for your self aim at a spot on the wall and shoot five shots, they will not all be in the same spot, they will be far apart. but that was before patch 1.2 so they may have changed it. But i dout it.

Purple aint gay. Infact i dislike it when people say colours are for certain sex.
I got it purple, it's one of my fav. colours and it's visible the whole time.
