mate, you could've killed that girl by looking down at your phone... You're driving, it's not just looking down at your phone.

You probably think I'm just being a righteous bitch, but I'm just trying to say that this is a mistake that could be avoided. If you tell the judge that he's probably going to give you a little less time as you're taking responsibility for this action.
