Vegetarians don't eat the meat of the animal, vegans don't eat any animal products (milk, eggs etc)RTHKI wrote:
not that finray knows of
Now shut up and fuck off, thanks.
@11B, I would have said more vegan since he's not even willing to take cod liver oil, whereas a vegetarian would.
maybe he's just an anti-pescatarian
ever thought of that one? huh?

Shut up >_>
Don't think anyone who's vegetarian would take cod liver oil. Seeing as it's not vegetarian.Finray wrote:

as for anti-pescatarian, only the ones that call themselves vegetarian. I met one that ate fish, chicken and pork once...
I'll give the flax seed oil thing a go
I'd type my pc specs out all fancy again but teh mods would remove it. Again.
i was being facetious with anti-pescatarian. that's a luuuuudicrous food label.

What about freegans? It's basically voluntary pseudo homelessness.presidentsheep wrote:

I know a guy who flirted with rawtarianism. Yup, only eating raw vegetables. I been a veggie for 20 odd years and even I thought that was pretty hardcore.Jaekus wrote:

I have the same problem... Living on a college campus SUCKS for diet. They only offer so much. I have chicken at least once daily, usually 2-3 times.PrivateVendetta wrote:

So if anyone has good recipes, or ideas of ways they eat their workout food, would be appreciated.
fuck me i just realised whilst reading naked that i need to build my legs up again
i don't bike/skate/run anywhere near as much as i did pre-uni, mainly because a) lack the mountainbike & countryside and b) not many people to skate with or run with... so my legs have waaaasted away. i keep the rest of my body pretty fit, considering my build, and im aerobically good. im basically redesigning my diet from this week on as well for a more 'bulky' approach, because when i don't eat healthily (i.e. lately) i start to feel shit in a myriad of other non-physical ways (i.e. work motivation, general enthusiasm for fucking anything).
so 2-fold request:
general easy workouts to keep/regain some muscle mass? not on the level of building stacked legs, just... 'maintenance'
dietary recommendations, pref. cheap and easy, to get my mood and physical consumption back up to a decent level?
