Ok, I think the main issues are settled. No more stuttering. However, I'm still getting random framerate drops, especially when around enemies trying to fucking kill them. I'm playing so horribly because of this and it's fucking annoying.
The game also freezes up 5 to 10 seconds into the menu, the sound cuts out and I can't move the mouse, for 4 or 5 seconds before finally resuming. Retarded.
This game is not smooth at all and still difficult for me to play. I don't know what the deal is.

No scoping with a variable zoom on seems to be really easy. Also, saw a dude with a goatse emblem, was pretty funny.
Watch it get a couple GOTY's too.
