I have two monitors and Im tryin to watch a Livestream on one monitor and browse the internet on another monitor right. So I make the stream fullscreen but if I click on my other monitor to type on bf2s the stream goes back to normal mode and not fullscreen and Im like I want you fullscreen thats why I have two monitors

How do I keep my stream maximized while doing other stuff

Try some of those, I've fucked around with it a bit before, but with no luck. There is no 'official' way to do it.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

The first one on the list worked, worst scenario I just have to reinstall my flash

In silverlight, Microsoft actually added a feature to do just that, but flash is too dumb to do it. See above hacks.
