I think I've seen a few that have the same problem. My guess is that EA, somehow, forgot about the poor ole Insurgents when they updated the requirements. They will change it in time for sure. But if you want it done quicker, I suggest letting them know.

I have it, I got it on my 262nd win, 102 hours.

Now Spetz is a different story, I have 292 wins and 120 hours but no medal. I do only have a BRS of 85 there though where Insurgents is 185 BRS and SAS is 182 BRS.
