I have just revived a fallen pc of mine. The mobo is a P5AD2 Deluxe.  Everything seems fine, it runs Bf2 well. But when I run SiSoftware 2005, 2007, and MBM5 they all report my CPU and Mobo temps as 127c / 260.6f. I get warnings when running those. In my bios the temps are normal. And also Asus utilty Pc Probe has everything normal. All fans(5) running normal. The PSU (Antec NeoPower480) seems pretty hot. But I've recently played 4+ hrs straight. I searched Asus forums and such for possible answers and found none. I think it is just a false reading because of some software issues.Any help or ideas will be appreciated.(+1)  Thanks!

MBM5 is probably reading off the wrong sensors.  During the install you are prompted to check for updates.  Make sure you do so because it adds to the list of boards already defined withing the program.  When selecting your model from the list, make sure you are selecting the correct board.

When checking several sources like you have done with one faulty and two that looks okay i would disregard the one that screams warning. Asuming you selected/input the right data !

You could of course run yet another test with a totally different prgram just to be safe !

Obviously the programs are reading incorrectly. If your CPU were running at 127°C it would be toast. So stick to the BIOS readings and ASUS Probe. Nice rig by the way!
