Hi all

I know its dangerous, but after some research and common sense (lol) I know that in the morning between 8-10am it is safe to be in the sun because its not so dangerous yet.

Questions.

1. Is it true I have to use water after tanning? or before?
2. How long do I have to be in the sun?

Hmmm is there anything that can speed up the process? Like eating something perhaps? (lol) or applying water before sun tanning?

Thanks!

This thread can't be real. How old are you? 8?

get in your microwave, set it to 550, and stay in there for 6 minutes, no more no less.

Actually, it´s 5:47. Otherwise parts closer to the wave emitting radiator get darker than the rest.

no you are rong.
gamma waves have less protons so it takes less time for them to heat the parts closer to the radiator.

That´s true, but after the winter solstace, the slightly elevated earth axis alters the nothern hemisphere magnetic field, changing gamma wave density to be tighter towards the radiator.

A similar thing happens to the common fruit fly´s excrements.

Put UV paint on your skin, it will transform all the natural light into ultraviolet light and give you more tans.

What the fuck do gamma waves have to do with microwave ovens?

If you want a tan you are instantly a faggot I'm afraid. Real men GET them from doing manly work like hunting Bison with a Deagle.

Tan anytime of day you want. Just make sure to apply sunscreen, wait half an hour for it to set even if it says waterproof (because some aren't very waterproof and most need the lotion to set in the skin before they become waterproof), and then go outside. Unless you're not going swimming. Also do a lot of research on the sunscreen you use. Most say they block UV rays, but most only block the sunburn causing UVB ones and not a lot of the UVA rays that can cause skin cancer. Maybe I got which UV ray causes what backwards but to make a long story short buy a sunscreen that provides more than adequate protection against both rays. Also constantly reapply the sunscreen depending on it's potency. If it's 20 SPF it'll block sun that's hitting one spot on your body for twenty minutes, so constantly shift positions. If you have a higher SPF sunscreen you can change positions less. Try not to fall asleep because you'll lose track of time and the sun will roast you.

The query is how to tan naturally and quickly. Tanning is a response of the skin producing more melanin to avoid damage from burning by the ultraviolet radiation. Thusly, any way that produces this effect is a natural way to tan (so bronzers and such are unnatural). To do so quickly, you want to take in as much UV radiation as possible. To do this, avoid using sunscreen or anything that will lessen the impact. If you can find anything that increases the susceptibility of your melanocytes to radiation, do use it.
