When I use Firefox my screen "rocks" (goes up and down). I tested to see if it does it with IE and it doesn't. I don't know why this is happening. It happened when I installed StyleXP and used one of there skins, but I don't have StyleXP anymore and use the Vista Transforamtion Pack 3.0

1) Reinstall
2) I doubt StyleXP is doing it, but the skin itself might.

All in all, I don't reccomend using custom skins at all.
