If your game is doing this reguarly(Crashing that is) then there is something wrong with your Machine....
All Software is going to crash from time to time. Its the nature of Windows and its managment of programs. EA/DICE did NOT code windows. They can only go by the established guidelines and then its up to the OS to manage the running programs.
My game crashes once a week at most.... ANd thats usually after the machine has been running continuously for several days. If you havent noticed the help forums arent packed with "My Game crashes" threads..... There are quite a few people running this game. ANd as far as games go.. THis has been pretty solid for me, and the majority of people out there.
People always tend to blame whatever program the perceive is currently running when the system crashes. This i not always the case. Virus', Spyware, Video Drivers, Heat (This game Taxes systems... Your going to run hotter playing this than surfing the web) even standard MS services can cause all kinds of conflicts and issues within the system.
Make sure unnecessary programs arent loaded. Defrag your Hard Drive, RUn a Spyware and AV scan. Make sure your Windows has all the latest patches and updates, and check your ventilation and temps when the game crashes, THEN... and Only then can you start to look at the game itself causing the issues.
