So I'm up to the part where you fight the army guy who has gone mental. He wasn't too hard of a boss but all the zombies have become super zombies it's too damn hard!

dude just wait. The final boss is stupid hard. YOu might as well start over if your lvl25 or less.

If you give TK the Zombrex shot before you fight Sullivan, you'll get to fight TK after Sullivan.
If I remember correctly, it doesn't matter what you bring to fight TK, you lose it all before the fight.
