Either that, or I value not getting harassed in my daily life. If a cop wants to get you, he will find a way. Just on my drive to work, I probably speed a bit, maybe I don't provide adequate warning when changing lanes, or I do any number of other small infractions that would more than likely be overlooked...unless some LEO with an axe to grind has your life under a microscope. If it came down to 'giving them the device back' or 'getting nailed for every little thing possible', I'd want to consult a lawyer and probably just give the damn thing back.loubot wrote:
