It's not really a weird combo, but I though I should educate you all on the most awesome grilled cheese sammich I made today. Rather than use butter spread the bread with olive oil, then inside spread the bread with pesto, put a load of cheese inside and cover with balsamic vineger and add some black pepper and salt. Grill in a George Forman Grill/toastie maker, and eat. It's utterly fucking fantastic. Replace the olive oil with truffle oil for ultimate fantasticness.
