for anybody who has got this medal can you obtain it via an apc, since this is a form of transport for many people rather than eg tank etc..
since i ran 7 people over and still didnt get in that was in a humvee. and have all the required stuff..

APCs are considered as Armor, not Transport.

Lime is 100% correct.
Even though APC's are almost by definition a tranport vehicle, as is a blackhawk, the only road kills that count for the Transport Bagdes are those classed as Transport.
Just to confirm the Transport vehicles are DVP's, FAV's Vodnik's and Humvee's.

It is worth noting that only kills that say one of the vehicles above will count. IE if you run someone over in a FAV but is say you "killed" them then it is not a road kill.
