45 minute walk to work, bus (10 minutes plus the wait) if its raining. If I don't stop and get coffee on the way its closer to half an hour.
to uni it's 15 minutes by bike or half an hour by bus. To work it depends on where they send me, can be all over Germany.
You crazy Dutchmen just ride bikes everywhere, don't you?
I need around tree fiddy.
I've heard there are more bikes than people in the Netherlands.
Oh yeah, my commute: 15min drive by car, 7km from the city centre to my office outside the ringroad in an industrial area. 20 minutes back. If I lived on the other side of the river that runs through town, it'd take me 30 minutes.

My commute at the moment just involves a 20 minute drive to work at 4:30 in the afternoon. My commute to Uni was pretty cool though. I'd take the East by West ferry to get from Days Bay to Wellington City, walk to Lambton Quay and catch the Cable Car up to Kelburn campus. Long, but varied.

I work a four day week-- about 80 miles each way (~79 miles driving and a 1 mile shuttle ride) twice a week and about 30 miles (~29 driving, 1 on the shuttle) the other two days.
55 minute bus ride each way.
or
1 hour, 10 minute train ride each way.
