So pretty fairly simple topic, I put on ubuntu 10.04.1 and now it doesn't recognize my windows 7 partition for booting, and im terrible with grub, if anyone can help me out much appreciated

Work out how to use grub. This will be the easiest of all things coming into ubuntu.
