why does it surprise anyone that public figures / celebrities / rich people do coke?

coke is just as popular as alcohol at these events and in these circles

the journalism/pap industry is such a hypocritical mess on the subject of drugs... all the journos and celebrity aides surely must be doing it every other night, but then they go to work the next morning and write huge shit-pile stories on paris hilton or lindsay lohan or some shit. "oh noes!"

the whole point of snorting drugs is that the powder doesnt get stuck

it either gets absorbed straight away through the thin walls of your nose or goes down your throat
