Banning marijuana only creates an illegal market.  It doesn't solve anything.

Legalization would normalize the market in the same way that legalizing alcohol did.

What are you on about? This all started 'cause someone said "dating is legal prostitution" so your marriage bliss is sort of gratuitous,unless you're saying your wife can be called a prostitute 'cause you like to play the knight in shinning armor i don't see your point.

I think he's implying 2 things:

1) Girls are in fact being raised differently than before.

2) Some girls can be both independent in terms of finances and still prefer chivalry in terms of relationships.

I think John's original comment was mostly in jest anyway.

And my initial comment was actually a reply to rdx-fx.  I took his remark to tangent from the OP.

It's also so true a lot of men act like assholes and when women say that you all scream bloody murder.
