Anyways, this isn't the first time a branch in the military has begun to lean more towards strength training. They want soldiers to be stronger and sprint better, what's wrong with that?

they need MORE cardio, not LESS cardio, if they want more fit soldiers
decreasing runs will only reduce the amount of cardio
