beginner... use the normal windows movie maker, its probably on ur comp
goodcomp/advanced... adobe premiere or vegas.. i use premiere personally tho just cuz i know how to use it.

i use Adobe premiere Pro, but Pinnacle is also a good starter programm: easy to handle not so many options when u think u got it under controll u mite b able to use premiere, Altho its a lot more complicated
