Really?  I guess next they'll allow fat people to sue spoon manufactures.  But seriously...the grind in Linage II is ridiculous.

You can become addicted to anything. It's unfortunate to become addicted severely to that level, but I can't see a case like this being justified.

I'm willing to bet that there were certain stretches of time where we all played a game that often, but never for so long.

Sounds like my bf2s log time.

On a serious note, jeff minnard will be getting sued by me.

Just the court "entertaining" this is disgusting. The fucking judge and lawyers should be disbarred.

Yet you are in a thread discussing an article that he linked to?  Is everything he links to spam or just this article?  Or is he worst than Fox News or Drudge Report?

everyone has the right to use the law for their own protection and/or situation. you can't throw anything out because it's absurd. everything should be subject to the same due process and the same thorough tests of reasonability and foreseeability. those are basically legal maxims. this thread is just an example that everyone has the 'right', technically, to take a ridiculous case to court and have it thrown back at them-- complete with legal fees!

How the hell was I supposed to guess that when I opened this thread? No, the organization is annoying and every few buttons is an ad, not an article. Just like how he'll suddenly start selling a product on his show with non-sequitur transition from whatever he was talking about before.

Nowhere did I compare it to any other conservative site. That's just your invention.

You can turn off the ads with `No Script` Firefox addon or with GreaseMonkey scripts.  The Drudge Report is a great Conservative Link news link site that links to many sites of different political pursuadions.  One article may be to Fox news the one right below it to MSNBC and then the next to the Huffington Post.

My former roomate (a proud socialist), didn't like it because of the giant capitalized Courier New Font if the main article :-P

All games are supposed to be addictive, if he didn't know that he's an idiot. And if he can't control his addiction he's an even bigger idiot. And he even goes on suing the game makers. I.D.I.O.T.
