Used to agree it was poo on a stick. However, it was the only assault rifle I didn't have gold on, so last night I picked it up. Surprisingly, in only a couple rounds I was to 100 kills w/ it. Still prefer the XM8, but I've learned to use AUG effectively.

I'm quite fond of it personally. I prefer it over the XM8 and F2000. 416 is marginally better IMO, haven't made up my mind about the Akaban and don't yet have the M16.
The ones I'm looking forward to are the M14 and the G3. I figure assault + M14 + 4x scope would make a great sniping combo (unlimited ammo), and recon + G3 would be an awesome CQB combo.

The abakan is either the hackers choice #1 or simply the wincanon2000...
