The problem with cutting these types of funds to retired public service workers is that not all of them are dishonest people trying to exploit the system. ATG, I think you're generalizing a little bit too much. I'm sure there's quite a few public workers who exploit the system though, I just don't know if it's worth removing the whole system. Certainly something can be done in the current method to minimize these problems.
