honestly the NOmen beats it. Phantasm is ok but it got an EHP nerf for no reason, isn't that agile and it has a horrible slot layout/fitting headroom.

On the other hand it has spikes.

Both it's cruiser bonus's are tied into it's gun (with substantial bonus') which is a PITA, you want both cruisers at 5 to fly this well. At that point though you can fly a Zealot

That fit is much better Teds and grim swap the overdrive for a DC and take off the small neut.

Looks like a juice .0 target imho. I'd use CN Scourge over Fury though. Why the mix of Dread BCS and T2?

Cause that single dread BCU allows it all to fit CPU wise, and I have one of them spare. I hope T2 Scourge aren't any like them T2 cruise missiles, they suck DPS wise since their explosion radius or something is too small >.>

scourge furys are fine. pith a med booster is isk you dont need to spend, get a gist c-type large and youll still be overtanked and spend 1/3rd of the isk
