it be 44. if you look on the flickr page for the picture, you'll notice i tagged it "bf2sdaily". if you'd like, you can go back and add to the title of the picture, 44/365

i'm using a Canon 7D, and what you are seeing are three exposures. i tonemapped an under exposed (dark) with a regular exposure, and an over exposed (light) to give the picture deeper darks and brighter whites. i use Photomatix, and then add a little curve in photoshop or Lightroom, depending which program in.
