I got a few 500+ point headshot kills last night and was wondering how far can you actually see? I mean 3 dots up on the M24 scope is about as much an arc I have put on a bullet. Also is there a "best" view settings for sniping like we could do with bf2 on the PC?

55" LCD, four feet away, snipe. No seriously, works well when sniping on the 360. Look for pixel twitches...
i guess what i am asking is can you adjust the game and tv settings in order to see further or more clear...

I don't really think you can alter game files on a PS3 in a such a way like you can on a PC. And even if you could, I'd highly doubt you could actually go online without someone or more likely something noticing it.
Maybe mess with in-game brightness/contrast and your TV's brightness/contrast settings, but that's about as far you'll go.
