I've taken those black cabs about once or twice, that's about it. I'd imagine they're the most expensive/ripoff out of all of them around the world. New York has so many yellow cabs that it's hard to imagine that they are a bump otherwise nobody would use them. You look in London, it isn't really saturated with the black cabs as new york is (or how other cities are saturated with taxis)

Hmm... I dunno, I've never seen a traffic jam full of blackies and stuff like that. I dunno, I never recall seeing many black cabs. When you compare it to other places, it's no way near as much

I do.
I drive in central London pretty much every day and I can see what mek is saying. I mean you always see them and would have no trouble flagging one down, but I saw way more on the whole in NYC
