i received mine aswell last night
but something tells me they didnt just reduce it to 100hours:
bc taking that into account the requirements would be 100 best round USMC (HAVE)
100hr USMC (HAVE)
500 wins (DONT HAVE)
they must of reduced wins aswell, i reckon judging on when i got mine to 200wins

it says they made it 100 hours i guess they meant 100hrs only i got all three now woot!!
Must be a clich, or they reduced the criteria for getting the badge. I too got it last night. But it never showed up in game..

In order to make certain medal rewards more accessible to the time played criteria for the following medals has been reduced:
Golden Scimitar Medal - Now requires 100 hours
Peoples Medallion - Now requires 100 hours
MEC Special Forces Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
Navy Cross Medal - Now requires 100 hours
EU Special Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
SAS Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
Navy Seal Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
Spetsnaz Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
Rebel Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
Other Changes in the update include:
Addition of a North America Service Ribbon.
Change in the promotion of Generals Each month. After the update the top 50 Lt. Generals will be promoted to General.
Additional authentication support for ranked servers to ensure proper labeling of ranked servers in the server browser.

yeh i got my navy cross and golden scimitar today too was only a few % away frm completing both neways.

phew, i'm glad I searched for it because, I would have gotten my ass beat if I didn't. I recieved my navy cross last night after I got destroyed on the battlefield for the first time in 2 months.
