the civl rights movement was happening before MLK was even heard of, and it continued after he died. He rode the wave he was not the wave.

Since you didn't bother to answer the question, I'm going to press it again.  Historians state MLK is one of the most important figures in US history.  MLK is compared with Lincoln on occasion.  Should be easy for you to compare Palin to Lincoln, since Palin is better than MLK according to you...right?
