Overly huge boobs = they probably developed at a very young age = the girl has been getting the wrong kind of attention, since she was waaaaay too young, and has come to expect that everything any male does for/around/near/to/with her is directed solely at the aim of getting his hands on those ginormous boobs.   In short, overly huge boobs is a good indicator that the girl's views on men is going to be completely screwed up.  Most of the time she's going to be right -   Most of the time you want to stay the hell away from her anyways.)

Well, rape is unconsensual intercourse. She consented, regardless of him lying. Therefore by definition it can't be rape. Maybe fraudelent intercourse or something like that, but certainly not rape.

Thats why its classified as "RAPE BY DECEIT" and he got 18 months. So its not your ordinary rape. Al Jazeera mentioned couple of other cases about it in Israel like:
- a man lying about being able to get someone a spot at a university
- a man pretending to be a banker and promissing a good loan

and stuff like that. It happens from time to time in Israel. Problem with this case is that the woman assumed he was a Jew after a brief chat with him. He didnt have a fake ID or a fake bussines card (that was the case with the banker). His fault was not disclosing that hes not a Jew. Thats why its so shoking.
