Does anyone know any similar programs to WindowBlinds but that would be free?

I have now demo version of it but it only works for 60 days

You can get a patched uxtheme.dll that will allow you to install unsigned themes. Just follow this link:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Desktop-En … inal.shtml

Get the appropriate file and follow the instructions. Once it's installed properly browse sites like www.deviantart.com or Google for Windows visual styles.

One caveat: This method doesn't support transparent windows like WindowBlinds.
