Yeah but what if someone from a poor family has a way better IQ and drive then someone from a rich family. Now the way things are going the poor are getting poorer and the middle class are getting cut out. So we're actually moving backwards as a society by selectively keeping the money with the rich and people who may be way more intelligent might be stuck at the bottom.

Would you stop repeating that stupid shit? The poor and middle class aren't getting poorer. When people try to make that point they use a fucking scale from 1972 and a set point on which to base their claims. The curve has shifted to the right. People are much more well off than they were forty years ago.

And if the poor kid is born with higher drive and higher IQ, chances are that he will marry someone with a matching IQ and drive and their kids will be better off. Chances are that dumb rich kid will marry a trophy wife and his grandkids will be poor. Families are always rising and falling in America. Nothing is static.

Did you first finance them with ARMs? Nice scam that was.

actually if you really knew anything about it, ARMS are based on bonds and what they're doing. So the bonds have stayed the same/went down meaning the ARMS never skyrocketed like they'd have you belive. Also depending on credit, I use to use ARMS to save them money then go fixed when the credit went up. I have a few default's that I know of, but those were because of job loss not cause of what I did.

I've also turned away loans because if people default on Mortgage's they'd recapture the YSP, which means I wouldn't get paid. So I'm a very ethical person.

Not to mention the amount of scholarship and federal aid one can get if they have good grades and SAT scores. Theres always need and merit base scholarships.

Nothing is ever static anyway, wherever you are in the world. If my dad could make a decent standard of living after being kicked out of the house when he was 16 (family tradition, grandad is a dick) with nothing but a bag of clothes and 3 bucks, I'm pretty sure anyone with determination and intelligence could make it big.

'm not just talking about the richest, Dick Cheney for example.

You should read his bio sometime. His entire career was in publice service with the exception of being CEO of Halli right before he became VP under Bush Jr.
