It's like that love calculator. Put two first names in and a formula calculates your compatibility.

Vladimir Nabokov
James Joyce
H.P. Lovecraft
William Foster Wallace
Isaac Asimov
Seems awfully random and we're alll pretty much getting the same names, except for a few Dan Browns (we know who you are ). Are we by any chance all submitting the same kind of text, like say academical essays?

What is the difference between William Foster Wallace and David Foster Wallace?
One is called William, the other David.

Pretty sure most of the people who have seen the movie knows who wrote it. He's hardly a little known author.
EDIT: Oh and nice little jab Uzi, I missed that.

it's true, though. the brat pack got 'popular' amongst youth because they had the good-fortune of having a series of very good movie adaptations; the actual prose-writing, style and technique in their work is nothing of particular great note. the most accomplished writer is probably easton-ellis - but again, not noted as a great stylist or 'writer's writer'. most people that read fight club are the same people that will buy and read 'fear and loathing...', 'american psycho' and 'a clockwork orange'. straight-fact.ghettoperson wrote:
