I dont know whats wrong but every time i use my bottom DVD drive to put my bf2 disk in, it makes a weird noise, exacly like when you put a sheet of paper on a spinning bike wheel. and it does that for maybe 2 or 3 seconds and then when i log it takes like a minute and everything esle is SO slow. But i put it in my other DVD drive and everything is fine, any ideas?

Use the top drive.  Actually mine will do the same thing, or won't even read it. My bottom drive is DVD RW, but it still burns discs fine. Trying to think of the last time the BF2 disc was even removed from the CPU. Quite a while ago.

If it does it on other disks you've got a failing drive, just replace it.  Power off, unplug, unscrew, remove and reverse to put a new one in.

Just get the mini DVD image off GameCopyWorld and mount it with Daemon Tools. It only a meg or two, but it has all the bytes that BF2 looks for.

The result is that you never have to put in a BF2 disc, it's 100% legal, can't be caught by PunkBuster (not that you're doing anything wrong), and doesn't require updating after each patch like a No-CD crack would.
