I should have some money coming in this year. I'm gonna get my passport sorted, and then I'm gonna get a 12 month work-holiday visa to Ausland. Apparentely you need £3k to go, as that's money to fall back on so you don't need to leech off the government. My question is:
Where should I go and is 3k enough?
Aus is pretty big, and I know they still have mining, which I'd like to try, so yeah. I'll probably move around but where's a good starting point...

But ffs whatever you do, come here during the Summer. The Winter is like a typical English day in Autumn, but Summer here is awesome.
Nope, I was just messing, don't go there it's horrible. A lot of the bigger mines tend to be away from the beaches, but if you're looking at working in mining away from the actual mine face, aim for Sydney and work your way around from there up and down the coast.

but ya its a 12 month thing, i need to re research it but i th ink you can work at each job for 3 months, so ill see what happens.

There's always a demand for unskilled labour. If you're willing to stay in a cramped accomodation in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of sweaty men and work 12 hour days, they will pay you like Tiger pays alimony.
