We are men of practicality. Short hair requires minimal maintenance. We can wake up and skip the shower since we don't have to fix our hair. Our hair is not getting in our eyes. We don't need blow dryers or conditioner.
Back in the early days of high school my short hair was a godsend to the ladies. It's extremely soft, so I was given pet names like "Teddy" and one Asian girl wrote in my yearbook "yuo hab hair like chinchila". Having a hottie massage your scalp and run her fingers through your hair was enough to get my pubescent horny youngster self going.
