Can you guys help me? Can't find this on Google, much less on Bing.

3 quick questions:

1) When map is loading for next round how do I cancel to exit the server or the whole game itself?
Do I have to wait till it loads up so i can finnaly choose "Exit" to leave??
I remember in BF2 all I did was a quick click on "Esc" key and ta-da... loading was canceled and I was out.

2) How do I temporarily get out of the game to desktop. I used to Alt+Tab in Bf2 but it doesn't work like that on BC2. I also tried the Ctrl-Alt-Delete but it temporary goes to desktop but then the game forces itself back on and leaves the Desktop.

..and finally...

3) How the fishnizers do I properly knife? It seems like 40-50% of the time it swishes than stabbing the guy on the neck like a good little boy. Is it really a bug? Some say that its not and that they see no problem with it.

Please if anybody can let me know....

The knife is bugged. You can get a kill with a stab or slash, both work....... when they want to.

1. Yea very annoying, you have to wait till the map loads, and I don't see anything about them fixing it in the next patch either.

2. You could try Alt + Enter. That should put the game in windowed mode and you can move around the window to get it out of the way of whatever you are doing. Maybe not what you are looking for, but it might work for you.

3. They are fixing knifing people in the back in the next patch (which is this Wednesday). Don't know if that is what you are talking about, though.

the knife bugs mostly only happens when the victim is standing in a doorway or if they are turned slightly, if you attack them from a direct angle the knife works

What angle mmight that be? I heard that you have to be directly behind the guy... in which I always am... but still I get those misses.

I play on PS3 and get the knife problem from any and all angles. It works roughly 3 out of 4 times.

In my experience the knife works far better on the consoles than the PC. Until they release the patch, just shoot the guy, even thought it's less satisfying, you're not cheated out of kill. (When you press the knife key your soldier immediately yells as loud as he can, in which your enemy will hear, turn around, and blast you in the face. It's happened to me, and I've done it to others.)

1) You have to wait till it has finished loading.
Although, if you just want out of the whole game quickly, you could always Ctrl+Alt+Del and kill the task.

2) Alt+Tab to get to the desktop works fine for me.
Both from the menus and in-game.
When switching back, the screen is entirely white for a few seconds though, but then everything is back to normal.
That said, I have tried this, when I had another window (Firefox) open. But I believe it'll be the same if BC2 is the only task.

3) The knife is bugged.
AFAIK, with the upcoming patch on Wednesday, 30th of June, 11AM GMT+2, they will have reverted to the knifing code of an earlier build, which should work properly again.

I know there is only two days left before they fix the knife, but a trick I have found is that if you knife a guy and it doesn't work, crouch and look at his head, and then knife him again. It works for me about 70% of the time. Sometimes it still refuses to work, but it's better than nothing.

Knife, you have to run and knife them in back, if you stand still and knife them in the back it dosen't work. If you can't run, knife them in the side.

Knifing people in the face works 100% of the time, try to do that if possible.

It didn't improve after the patch, it may have actually got worse.
