Been wanting one of the newer Hockey games for a while now, but been too broke to drop any money on one.
Just got a job, but the backlog of stuff to buy will likely eat up the disposable cash from my next few checks.
With the season being over EA's NHL 10 is down to like $40.
Combine the price with not waiting for the next release to come out and it all looks pretty good.
I will definitely be content playing against the computer for a while, as I am not great at the game and could use the practice... but eventually online hockey games sound like a shit load of fun.
Will I be kicking myself when 2011 comes out if I get 2010? How long does last years game stay active? Would I still be able to find some people to play with online if I skipped 2011 entirely and played 2010 until 2012 came out?
