The issue that most people seem to have is that you wait until the mods say something as to not get in trouble, rather than listening to some of your fellow users. It's like beating up a kid in the playground with everyone telling you to stop, but you only stop when a teacher comes past...you know that what you're doing is wrong but only stop when its apparent that you're about to be caught and punished.
With that said, most of the people here aren't good with constructive criticism and just yell obscenities until a mod has no choice but to take action.
