My topic was closed without any reasonable explanation.

Seems to be an error on the requirements for Expert Armor.

It shows that 300 hours are needed with 24 kills IAR.
However I think this is not the case.  It should be 400 hours.
I have achieved the 300 hours and gotten many rounds with
more then 24 kills and not gotten the award.
I think that needs to be fixed.  Don't know if anyone else
has come across this.

Your topic was closed because there's a thread specifically for pointing out mistakes in UBAR.  It's even stickied, making it much easier to find.  Also, if you had tried searching, you would find that there are probably around 5-10 other threads that cover this same subject.
