it still depends on the person. my acne just went away a couple years ago, no diet changes really, it just went away. .

I know you're just being facetious, but food-deprivation diets are a REALLY bad idea because, deprived of fuel, your body will begin to eat away at lean muscle. Yes, this means your heart, too.
