it still depends on the person. my acne just went away a couple years ago, no diet changes really, it just went away. .

I know you're just being facetious, but food-deprivation diets are a REALLY bad idea because, deprived of fuel, your body will begin to eat away at lean muscle. Yes, this means your heart, too. Yet despite this, they're still advertised and people still try it. And honestly, what good are they if you'll just be back eating nightly pizza in two months?
