10 goals for manchester united last season was obviously enough for own goal to get called up!! Keep him in Fabio!
Walcott was left out of England's squad.
There's a full list of the squad at the bottom of the article if anyone hasn't seen it...

Good decision to keep Cole in.
I would have taken Walcott instead of wright-phillips though.

SWP produces, Walcott turns up now and then.
I would not have taken Hesky. no. fucking. way.
bent for 5th striker!
FC should have taken all five strikers.
Why the fuck does everyone gang up on Heskey, they obviously don't have a fucking clue. Sure, he might not score, but in the last 10 games that he has partnered Rooney, Rooney has scored 9. Without him, Rooney has only scored 2. They pair up well, whereas although Bent may score loads of goals he doesn't have the connection that Rooney/Heskey have. That's why Capello chose him and that's why Emile Heskey will start for England in South Africa.

Agree about Heskey, although I think Crouch will start with Rooney. So what would your starting XI be Kez?
I know fucking karate
Hart (although unlikely due to experience, but he had an incredible season with Birmingham), Johnson, Ferdinand, Terry, Cole, Milner, Lampard, Barry, Gerrard, Rooney, Heskey
Depends on formation though, if England go 4-5-1 like rumoured then there'll be no need for Heskey, just stick Gerrard in a more free-flowing position just behind Rooney like at Liverpool

Interesting, how much should we read into that?
Does this mean James is first choice keeper?
Does this mean Joe Cole is in the starting 11 ?
If so I think that's fucking great on both counts
