Try www.google.com search for "clear cache"
As for shift refreshing... well, hold shift and click the refresh button in your browser. If you don't know where the refresh button is, then I suggest you once again turn to google for help.
I don't call anyone an idiot. I'm new here, and I don't care about the karma cause it doesn't work after all. I thank voodoo for the help, and anyone other for that matter.
