The BF109 in the game is the most fun to fly, but planes in BF-Heroes are a joke. They do very little since they only have machine guns, so you have to strafe tanks. You can kill a tank with one strafe, you can wing-clip enemy players easily, and it only takes a burst to down an enemy plane. The real problem is the planes are susceptible to EVERYTHING. I took several down today with just my pistol. So basically, snipers are just a planes worst enemy because you can kill them from anywhere on the map.pace51 wrote:

BF-Heroes is the ultimate customization game. You can do whatever the heck you want and model your abilities, weapons and character's clothing to your playing style. It's tons of fun, and it's FREE.

Total customization sounds good though. I heard there are planes modeled after the messerschmitt bf109 which interests me
You can invest in repair widgets to counter this but it's still annoying.

it's more than late - later than the department would have preferred actually . . .
but i had shit to get through, states of mind and recovery to work through. it was done as soon as i felt well and confident enough to do it - and done as fast as possible, by god, that was a typing marathon. im proud of finishing off what i missed out of principle, yeah, even if they get strict about it and decide not to accept the submission. mentally ive closed the chapter and i can actually enjoy summer now without feeling like i have shit hanging over me.

Pace51, you need to watch some youtube videos of the plane gameplay to figure out what I'm talking about. This isn't proper WW2 fighter simulators. It's a "Comic" FPS game where tanks shooting make a funny PEWWWW sound and there's cartoonish stuff.
The planes are the BF109 and the Spitfire. It's basically Royals (British Army) vs Nationals (Nazional = nazi). You can sit on the wings of the planes.

That happened to me playing football awhile ago, ankle just sort of collapsed on itself out of nowhere. Hurt like a bitch and was swollen for some time, I was practically disabled... still didn't go to the hospital for it though...I should have but I had bandages at home and it healed itselfphishsux wrote:

Hmm. So the entire air combat consists of lining up for long strafes? I actually like that idea... though not the urealistic part about any weapon killing planes. I know its a game, but they should do what BF2 did and voided the damage that small arms fire can do on planes. Wow, nice banking though. Aw well. South Korea would get messed up pretty badly though, everyone knows North Korea couldn't possibly hope to beat South Korea (and all its allies, which includes USA) but what they can do is mess South Korea up in a massive huge way, which is enough of a deterrence.
