Now I have a small video to post however, its not sooo small that at 15secs its still at 190mbs.

So my question, how do I, if i can, make it smaller without changing the length of it, so it wont take 3 hours to upload and possibly for people to d/l  and view??

Hopefully im clear on where i need help.

Use a codec.
XviD for example: http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/

Hmm...if you have Windoofs XP you can probably use the "Windows Movie Maker" to make your video smaller! I haven't tryed it for myself but a friend of mine has used it already to do something like this!

I need to make the file size smaller, without compromising length.

Mainly to make it easier to upload and for others to view, as at 190 it may awhile to view.

Ive never done this before so im not sure.
