Noticed that the Medals page on Ubar has them listed with little info so I looked around and think I found out what you need if anyone knows someone to update it. Looking at the leaderboards and people that have the medals it seems you need to have 250hours per team and 500 wins per team to get the medals. Not sure if any other requirement but Im pretty sure on those 2 things.
