Did shoulders too today, finished off with shrugs. It even felt heavy to shrug w/o holding any weights at the end lol

What are your rear delt exercises? I'm interested

typically I do these:

https://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/exerciseImages/sequences/299/Male/m/299_2.jpg

https://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/exerciseImages/sequences/377/Male/m/377_2.jpg

As you might can tell, they are VERY similar.  So I've been subbing in some bent dumbell delt rows and barbell rows.  its similar to bent lat rows except you take a wider grip/hold dumbells out wider and you're not quite parallel with teh floor (back posture)

Well I've been lifting pretty heavy the last few months and have seen some good gains and have bulked considerably.

Cross country season is just starting though and I've heard a lot of people have issues keeping their weight up both on their body and what they're pushing at the gym.

I know I'll lose some body fat but will I have issues keeping my weights up?

Yes.  while you are burning fat you will also be losing muscle mass with constant cardiovascular activity.  You can google for more information.

I would imagine it would be beneficial to transition to more of an endurance based program instead of bulking during the season then transition back to bulking afterwards?

The funny thing is I don't even do crossfit.  That shits WAY too hardcore for me.. I'll do the WOD (Workout of the day) once and awhile with the lead trainer at my gym and my wife, its def the most strenuous hardcore fitness program I've EVER seen.  It builds strength and tones while promoting proper form and competition.

I would do it more often, but it doesn't exactly jive with m fitness goals.  Which are pretty much get stronger and bigger... I do enjoy it though, like an hour afterwards.  Doing it sucks and the feeling immediately afterwards sucks (especially if the WOD is for time).  But damn you feel fucking accomplished and just spent (in a good way) after a good WOD.

So what is Crossfit? Because I've been to that site numerous times, but there's nothing more to it that the WOD (not saying that it's nothing, would probably kill me..)

click on the link that says "what is crossfit"  lol

here's a snippet
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Question: When doing chest flies, my bench is at a slight angle. Does this make a difference? I can not get the bench flat, but the angle is very small.

Like below or above 180 degrees?  Depending on the angle you hit different parts of the chest.  But if its not like 30-45 then i wouldn't worry about it too much.

Well, thats because you supposed to do the WOD.  Check the forums, or you can use past WOD's, or create a new WOD.

Hmm, okay, no problem.
It's just that I was expecting a more of a program to do per day (meaning more exercises than the WOD), but I guess they're enough :p

Yes, MORE than enough.  I've seen ATHLETES literally vomiting after a WOD.  Dudes who are in better cardiovascular than me by miles.
